Customer Service / Inventory Control (Surrey, BC) Two positions available

Electrol, a specialty distributor of industrial electrical and electronic products, has an immediate opening for a full time, entry level, Techincal Customer Service position. The role is responsible for organization and entry of of a wide range of inventory items as well as over the phone Technical Support for the brands as listed in our Products page.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

a.   Inventory control for a broad range of specialized components

b.   "Over the Phone" technical support / product application on for the brands that Electrol Represents

c.    Expediting Purchase orders with Suppliers

d.    Post sale customer follow up

Qualifications:

-   Self motivated.  Superior organization and interpersonal skills a must.

-   Ability to work quickly and efficiently both independently and in a team environment.

-   Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel

-   Previous Customer Service / Warehouse experience an asset.

-   Ability to clearly and precisely communicate technical product information both verbally (phone) and written.

-   Working knowledge of automated control systems and plant automation an asset.
