Series Description

The 40799 is a programming tool for the ultrasonic distance sensors series 946. By inserting this plug in the coresponding connector of the sensor, one can program the two setpoints, the slope and the NO/NC characteristic of the sensor. The plug houses a temperature sensor which is used for temperature compensation during the normal running of the sensor (position 'T').

The plug 40779 is included with every sensor of the 946 series and may be ordered as a spare part.
